PromptStamp Seller Agreement

Welcome to PromptStamp. By registering as a seller, you agree to the following terms designed to protect our community and ensure a high-quality marketplace for AI assets.

1. Commission & Payouts

• 80/20 Split: Sellers retain 80% of every sale. PromptStamp retains a 20% commission to cover platform hosting, marketing, and payment processing.

• Payout Method: All payments are processed via WorldFirst (WF to WF transfer).

• Minimum Withdrawal: You may request a payout once your balance reaches $20.00 USD.

2. Content Ownership & Quality

• Originality: You must be the original creator of the prompts you list. Reselling purchased or “leaked” prompts is strictly prohibited.

• Accuracy: Prompts must produce results consistent with the preview images and descriptions provided.

• Maintenance: PromptStamp is not responsible for prompts that stop functioning due to third-party AI model updates (e.g., updates to Midjourney or ChatGPT).

3. Prohibited Content

• You may not upload prompts that generate NSFW, hateful, or illegal content.

• Violation of these rules will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Taxes

• PromptStamp (via Dodo Payments) acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all global sales tax, VAT, and GST. Sellers are responsible for their own personal income tax reporting.
