PromptStamp.com Refund Policy for Digital Products

At PromptStamp, we provide digital products (AI Prompts) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. All transactions are securely processed by our partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as our Merchant of Record. While PromptStamp manages the platform and product delivery, Dodo Payments is the legal entity responsible for the financial transaction and tax compliance.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
By clicking “Pay” or “Order Now,” you express your explicit consent to begin the performance of the contract immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided. Once a purchase is completed and the digital file (prompt) has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed, it is considered “used.” Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase (e.g., the file is corrupted or the link does not work), please contact our support team at support@promptstamp.com within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the technical issue or provide a working file, we will issue a refund at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Prompt Performance
Please note that AI model outputs can vary. We do not guarantee specific results from the prompts, as output depends on the AI model version and settings used. Refunds will not be granted based on a customer’s dissatisfaction with the creative output of the AI.
4. Duplicated Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same prompt twice, please contact us with your order numbers, and we will refund the duplicate transaction to your original payment method.
